TERMS & CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIMBERS

Engaging in physical activities like climbing carries inherent risks such as bumps, bruises, and other injuries. By participating in Bali Boulder or allowing minors in your care to participate, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Climbing at Bali Boulder can be dangerous and may lead to serious injury if safety procedures are not followed. All participants must adhere to the following rules and any additional safety instructions provided by our staff:

  1. Session Timing: Climbers may only enter the Climbing zone during their designated booking slot.
  2. Staff Instructions: Always listen to and follow the instructions of Bali Boulder staff.
  3. Safety Briefing: For beginner, safety briefing is mandatory..
  4. Age Requirements: The minimum age for climbers in standard sessions is 7 years old.
  5. Appropriate Attire: Wear comfortable, loose clothing and trainers. climbing shoes are compulsory.
  6. Personal Belongings: No baggage, loose clothing, or unauthorized equipment is allowed in the Climbing zone unless approved by staff. Only water bottles are permitted and must be stored on the provided racks.
  7. Health Conditions: If unsure about your fitness level or ability to climb, consult with the Climb Zone leader or duty manager before participating. By climbing, you confirm that you are in good health and free from medical conditions that could be aggravated by this activity.
  8. Medical Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform Bali Boulder staff of any past or existing injuries or health conditions that may affect your participation. Proceed at your own risk. Pregnant participants are advised against climbing but may do so after informing staff and accepting personal responsibility.
  9. Illness: Please refrain from climbing or entering the facility if you are feeling unwell.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SPECTATORS & VISITORS

  • Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians are responsible for the welfare of their children at all times.
  • Climb Zone Access for Non Climber : Non-climber without wristband are not allowed in bouldering area.
  • Food and Drink Policy: Only food and beverages purchased at Bali boulder and Clip’n Climb Bali may be consumed on the premises. Personal water bottles are allowed, but plastic bottle are not allowed in the entire center.
  • Non-Climbing Children: Children under 18 who are not climbing are not permitted in the climbing Bouldering zone.
  • Photography and Videography: Participants and visitors may take photos and videos. Bali Boulder and Clip’n Climb Bali are not responsible for how these images are used by the public. We may use any photos or videos for promotional purposes.
  • Service Animals: We love animals but they are not allowed on the premises.

SESSION-SPECIFIC RULES

  • Special Sessions: Details for special sessions will be provided separately. Please refer to specific guidelines for events like group bookings or parties.

BOOKING POLICY

  • Online Booking: All general climbing sessions should be booked by what’a app or email to ensure availability.
  • Group Bookings: For group events or special sessions, please contact our events team via What’s app or email.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By completing a booking, you accept all Terms & Conditions outlined here and agree to ensure safety waivers are signed for all climbers.
  • Payment: Full payment is required prior to your booking date/time. Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled slot to check in and start your session on time.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

General Climbing Sessions:

  • 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or amendments made up to 48 hours before your booking time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Please email info@clipnclimbbali.com
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this window can be rescheduled without expiry. Refunds are not available.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours can be rescheduled for an off-peak time slot only. No refunds will be issued.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice results in forfeiture with no refund or rescheduling.

Government Restrictions & Adverse Conditions:

  • In cases of lockdowns or adverse weather causing closure, bookings can be rescheduled without expiry but are non-refundable.

Discounts & Vouchers:

  • Must be applied during the booking process. Only one discount or voucher per booking.

CUSTOMER PROPERTY

  • Lockers: Available free of charge to store items at your own risk.
  • Liability: Bali Boulder and Clip’n Climb Bali are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Lost Property: Contact us via email for inquiries. Items are held for one month before being donated to charity.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

  • Conduct: Antisocial or abusive behavior towards other visitors or staff will not be tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Substance Policy: The use of alcohol and banned substances is prohibited. Climbing under the influence is not allowed, and violators will be denied access without a refund.

PARKING

  • Availability: Free parking is available for visitors.
  • Liability: Use the parking facilities at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or contents.
  • Parking Conduct: Please park responsibly within marked areas and adhere to any posted signage.

8A BAR & RESTARUANT

  • Food & Beverage Policy: Only food and drinks purchased on-site may be consumed in the facility. Personal water bottles are allowed. Plastic water bottle are not allowed in the entire center.
  • Service: Please follow staff instructions regarding seating and service protocols.
  • Feedback: If you are dissatisfied with the service at the 8A Bar & Restaurant, please speak to the manager on duty.
